Imo, from my view, whenever cover-up occurs in mining field, it is highly likely existing shareholders' bloodbath will be followed without fail by concerned parties such as informed companies inner circle people, connected relevant informers, informed sophisticated investors, informed brokers, and so on by using their undisclosed information. It is always likely existence of aid of connected broking firm(s). All this can be originated from the basis of 'asymmetry information' ground. In this case, needless to say, retail company shareholders' can be fell in likely worst innocent victims of such organised white crime. This sort of process is gradually happening along arising situation with flexible and variable manners and tactics. Usually this will not be finished within shorter period of time, but fairly moderate period of time being consumed until all concerned parties are satisfied with their enough holding position to gain profits. Like this, from the perspective of cover-up in mining companies, innocent shareholders' bloodbath and massacre are happening in the market. All those so called above mentioned white crime participants are, I would say, deserved to be the punishemnt eventually such as from current precious and noble human beings lives into greedy pigs lives or venomous snakes lives or bloodsucking bats lives in the dark cages forever without any chances of recovering human beings lives again on earth.
