Nothing to say it's all been said before otherwise it will be like "Ground Hog Day" . I'm not upramping or downrapping. Everyone makes their own decision whether to invest in this stock or not. At the moment RAP is on a fine edge could fall either way pending the USA results. Can't be half in with this one either in or out, I've made my decision.
