Wrong again Rokket, a PCT application is not a patent. It is a treaty between countries to make it easier and faster to apply for a national patent in other countries. You still need your national patent in each country you want IP protection. This national patent for LIT has lapsed, no discussion about that.
Take a look at LPD's patent application and how the PCT is being used to apply for a national patent in Canada.
