Hi All. Have just return from a holiday to Shanghai China. WOW...First ever ride an a BYD (SUV) electric car. It is so much better than a normal SUV..... Bring on electric vehicles in Australia. Cost saving are 1/10Th of a diesel car. SO if you diesel car cost you $100 to fill up , it would only cost you $10 worth of electricity to recharge. WOW what a saving.

The question must always be asked. Where is all the power coming from to provide enough electricity to charge the batteries? Wind? Hydro? Nuclear? Solar?======Or Coal?
