if i recall correctly there was something like 75mil shares left over in the CR to go towards non-sophisticated investors to be decided by ECM... we were questioning it a couple of weeks back whether or not existing shareholders could get a piece of the action at 0.001 but they were "reserved" already for ECM's mates... don't quote me on this though i haven't gone back to double check
