Yep, I take it that rock structure is more fractured and fragmented than expected. They expected it to be fractured due to the geological basement uplift. The uplift is likely also to be creating the high pressure reservoir zone.
The high liquids gas in the pores wont be given up until the frack juice has flowed back and sufficiently depressurised the pore space. Once this happens, then the gas can desorp from the pores into the fracture zones and work its way back to the casing.
Will take some time. Nothing out of the ordinary or alarming in this announcement IMO.
If you were expecting an announcement declaring a gusher, then you will be disappointed. But then again, you probably don't know much about tight oil either.
