IMO the selling is from 1c option holders that were part of the recapitalisation done in Dec 2016.
From ann 28/12/16, pro-forma was;
a) 278,346,629 - shares
b) 147,929,792 - 1c options expiring 30/12/18
As at 3B ann 23/6/17 there are now 92,746,364 of these options remaining.
That's 55m new shares issued at 1c over the 6 months and (highly likely) sold into the depth, and still happening on low volume days/weeks like last week was. No issue, especially seen as depth support at ~3-3.4c to absorb these.
