Well, what a headrush of a morning.. As i have mentioned before, the only thing i know about oil is that, oils ain't oils. The only bit of the announcement that stood out to me was, as others have mentioned " We are PLEASED to announce... ", if this was not a good announcement the ppl that understand all the ins and outs would be thinking DW was abit silly and as such all credibility would have been lost and seen the SP down in the 2's. Although abit nervous at the time i managed to sell all my options at 3.2 average and quickly ship it all into heads at 4.2. In my un-educated opinion it was an excellent exchange and for me taking alittle more risk out of the equasion.
Less shares now? yes.. but at least now the timeline is of little matter and still hold the same monetary value.
