No it is a persistent downramper! Why would it hang around consistently bludgeoning the stock which is clearly going up again unless it had an agenda? If I thought a stock was a sell I wouldn't bother wasting my time on it so one should question why USC consistently spends so much time attacking this company!!!!!!
