There wasn't really anything that was discussed that is not common knowledge / in the public domain.
My memory is a little patchy given the activities post AGM but I do recall the following:
- I asked about costings for Stage 2 - round figure of 15m was mentioned.
- Current S1 pond location is down in the bottom left corner on the tenement map - i think second from left tenement.
- Patent stuff has already been discussed, basically JZ (and PA) don't see a immediate need to be documenting the process and patenting the IP as they feel it is safer to keep it in-house rather than broadcast the recipe to all and sundry.
- 2 additional MOU parties are Chinese and wish to remain anonymous…
I was hoping we had a Sth Korean or Japanese party at the table as that might make a bidding war a tad more interesting… Personally, I would prefer they did a deal with a Japanese firm over a Chinese mob - generally they are more trustworthy & genuine but as others have mentioned, JZ is very much focussed on getting the right fit in an equity partner and I'm sure with AM's advice they will figure it out.
- Confirmation Mr Li was the Ganfeng advisor who tried to poach PA… (most ppl already know this).
- I asked JZ if he was considering offering PA some share options to keep him happy… JZ was open to it but doesn't like giving anything away for free… Supposedly PA wants to buy some AGY shares but a bit difficult from over there ??
- Also had a brief chat with JP from Patto's… he seems like a good guy, comes from a mining background in Chile (from memory). Sees plenty of upside in AGY and team.
- PA has extended family in local Salta gov't which bodes well for getting the ok for S2/3 development(s).
That's about all I can recall at the moment.
