Drowning not waving. Interesting timing for DUB.
End of FYR and many investors would prefer to sell any shares with a significant loss, such as DUB, and take the tax loss. Some investors may re-purchase in the new FYR, if they are that way inclined.
But once you've sold out, emotionally, re-investing would be harder to do as you've already taken the hit.
And this is against the backdrop of DUB needing more shares issued so they can do another CR to stay alive.
