i believe that vrc response to asx query was that they are counting on the income from options and directors have a part duty to operate in the interests of share holders not just whats best for company so i would say theyll swing in favour of options being converted will be very interesting 6 months leading through sept through to xmas. in for a penny in for a pound let it ride i say. all on black
