Which is all academic now, because there is NO WAY they are going to convert to equity at 15c a share !

Can only deduce that the board during these negotiations were really and truely very upbeat ! and sold Diasource in the process. Glad the floor was in place and so high now to be honest.
If it comes about that fc or some other insider is behind this severe shorting then I really wish some sort of fraud could be levelled at them and jail was the result.
Or they loss everything !
