Agreed. Although it depends what one constitutes as a 'complex SOA'. I know what AMP considers as a complex SOA is considered simple by me. Unsure as to what iPAC considers complex, may well be very complex or may not.
From memory you're in the industry, I am sure you agree there's no substitute for experience. That's he case as far as I'm concerned anyways.
Again, if they can prove they can efficiently outsource all of these things when the rest couldn't, they will do very well long term.
