IMO it merely means certain matters are unresolved.

I am specifically referring to the re-perforation and flow stimulation of GGW-1 in the first half of May. The gas compression programme for the RG-1 well is to follow the P&A of GGW-1. Is this not material ? OR is GGW-1 still unresloved ?
At present, the oil futures have got more to do with a farmin. The market would still view the RGN oil as pending on the extended well test.
