Obviously Trojan, those shareholders you are referring to have already made up their minds in which way they are going to vote. And it appears that they are sticking with their original intentions to vote "NO".
You win some and you loose some, that is how it goes.
IMHO, I think that the Scheme will fail (mainly because of the second hurdle it requires to get it through), and that you will have to come up with some different plans now. But that's me.
