Just curious about your first point, not going to counter about point 2 and 3. Can you please show us any research on the metrics of MRAM that give it an advantage over Reram please.
From my research, MRAM doesn't scale down as far as even NAND (20nm), is only one bit per cell vs 3 bits per cell in NAND (TLC). Otherwise it has cmos comparability, over 20 years of proven usage and approx 1,000 times faster than NAND. Oh and its retention is off the scales lol.
My point is if it cant compete in bit density against flash, what chance does it have against reram? Not even reram if/when its commercially capable will be able to compete against NAND flash if it couldn't achieve higher bit density and the ability to scale further down.
Happy to hear any info though.
