Have I got it right that conversion will be up to WSA, which will have the option to buy out the bond holders? This is good, because with its cash flow by then WSA should be in a position to easily do that and thereby avoid dilution of existing shareholders.
Its a very positive announcement, so long as the funds are used wisely.
Market decline may be more about the bad press WSA has recieved from JB Were and Citigroup which have it as a sell. Both stockbrokers have sells on several nickel companies. Also the falling nickel price is not helping.
