    I agree, @stevenjd.

These past few months have made me realise quite a lot about the posters here on HC, our management team, and our company.

I've tried to get into contact with both Matt and Gerard a few times in the past two days - they've both got a pretty strange dial tone, so I think they're currently overseas - no clue if this is true though or if it is for business or not, just using logic based on dial tone.

My guess is that if they are overseas (assuming they're not on holiday) they'll be in Guyana for their meeting with the government regarding getting more land.

If this is the case, I don't think that taking on more land to explore would be a good move by the company for the short-term. We're already all getting pretty annoyed at how we're not getting updates consistent to the periods specified in the announcements. More land will slow things down unless GPP can get another crew involved to do the work for them -- and even then there'll still be more delay in the administration.

It may pay off at the end of the day, but not immediately.
It's pretty damn easy for people like @anatol to jump in and attack those who have anything to say that's remotely negative, given that they're largely free-carrying from the profits they locked in when this stock initially took off.

Like many of you, I'm currently sitting on a significant loss with this stock (41.18% down on 1,250,000 shares at the time of posting), but I did manage to salvage some capital when I sold a few shares back in February (but I'm still certainly down).

I've come to the realisation that half of the people who read these forums are drop-dead stupid -- myself included. I was lured in by the initial research done by many, and remained positive because of the reassuring posts that they'd made about how this stock is a winner; that the falls were being caused by downrampers; that we've got something special and it'll all kick off very shortly.

@anatol recently said that "Now we can understand why those serious downramper sharks were going around in circles and creating bas [sic] sentiment in our GPP threads for so long. It worked and some nervous people sold out even though all of the news were good. This is the level they wanted to see the sp. Now they will start to accumulate. When you sell they buy."

Honestly, I don't think it's the downrampers causing this -- I think this whole situation is caused by the up-them-selves rampers who have built and maintained a positive outlook on this stock. I don't care if I get attacked for saying this -- but seriously, think about it:

Every time an announcement has come out that hasn't been what the market has wanted, it has always been the excuse that the downrampers have scared people -- no.

This has been caused by an over-positive sentiment generated and supported by those who spend most of their day browsing this forum. I've been guilty of contributing to this myself, to be honest. My ~60 odd posts have been mostly on the GPP forum, agreeing with those who spend the most time here, and attacking those like @jantimot, @E_Diaz, @meerkat, and so on who have been expressing a negative view.

I do not think that GPP is a dud stock, but I think that this whole thing will take a hell of a lot more time to kick off than what we've been told.

I'm also genuinely concerned about what I said the other day - In the 21st of October Announcement for OHD, under the 'Bio-stimulant Market & The Advantage of the OHD Process' heading, they say:

"In the residential market Bio-stimulants ... generally retail for $3,500 to $7,000 per 1,000 liters wholesale."

They then go on to say that:

"The OHD process allows for the production of Bio-stimulant fertiliser ... with a production cost of circa $350 to $700 per 1,000 liters wholesale (1/10th versus traditional Bio-stimulants)."

The comparison that the company have made is between the OHD production cost and competitors' wholesale prices.

$3,500 to $7,000 per 1,000 liters wholesale for competitors and a production cost for OHD being $350 to $700 per 1,000 liters wholesale means that GPP can produce their product at 1/10th of the wholesale price of competitors products.

I'm also really disappointed that nobody really looked at this with any logic (or even addressed it) - it's not as though I'm making this stuff up/trying to cause problems out of nothing.

For those who are interested, like I said above, I've tried to make contact with the company -- I'll post here with an update as soon as I can get into contact with them.

The quality of the regular posters here has severely deteriorated too - once upon a time the research was relevant and concise. Now I'm finding that it's just random links to companies that "might be interested" in a JV/partnership.

People have sent GPP's OHD to many companies supposedly - yet we've never heard back about whether these companies have even acknowledged its existence.

    -----------
After writing all of this out, I've made the decision to sell my shares -- I'm no longer holding as of a few minutes ago.

I might buy back in at a later date, but I really want to see what's happening with the potential maths stuff-up that I've outlined above, and where the PFS is at before I consider getting back in.
    ----------

Thank you to all of you who have posted here with no malicious/selfish intent -- we're all out to make money.

I'd also like to highlight that people who do not hold this stock have just as much right to post their research and thoughts as those who do -- keep in mind that those who actually have bought substantial amounts of shares can do much more damage than those who have not.

My only advice to those who are concerned about where the company is at, is to step away from HotCopper and its posters -- do YOUR OWN research on everything, and then form your own opinion.

I hope for those who still hold that this stock will achieve great things and bounce back up.

I still think that GPP may be a winner - I just don't like where we're at, there's too many things unanswered for me to remain a holder.

I'll still be around and like I've said I'll be back to let you all know what's happened when I've been able to contact Matt/Gerry about the above.

    Cheers,

    NexusB
