Hello Andrewe, Well, 'Broker A who wishs to Short Sell RBM can Borrow RBM from 'Broker B who holds RBM. 'Broker A then throws RBM on the Market at say 15.5 Cents and someone Buys, then after RBM falls to say 14 Cents 'Broker A can Rebuy RBM and return the RBMs to 'Broker B. (Shares Don't have to be on the A.S.X. Short Selling List to be Short Sold). RBM etc. with No Margin Loan Buying Support would be an Targets for this rotton practice. More details can be found via typing; Naked Short Selling, into the Yahoo Search Bar and doing some Research there. I think some Short Sellers could be checking this H.C. Site out for Stocks which would suit their evil tricks. (They could use False Buying Orders and some talk to excite a Stock before Selling at the Peak and then cover their Positions after Pulling the Pin on their False Buying orders). Yes, I've been caught by them a number of Times.
