Here are a few comments by various posters on GAU talking about the sale of the Cambodian gold assets to TNC:

21/3 "Cambodia is grass roots (ultra), you don't expect to hit the jackpot with your first drill programme"

23/4 "a bit of a shock there offloading this , i would much prefer to them to sell 50 or 70 % , but NOT 100% of cambodian assets"

23/4 "My take on the sale of the Cambodian assets is that the SA project is going to be a big one for shareholders. They may want to focus all their resources on the SA Platinum projects"

23/4 "I just think that sale of the Cambodian assets, and lets face it they haven't totally sold it off, is because they have bigger things on their minds"

24/4 "sell their cambodia assets at really what amounts to approx $1 million which is also a bit cheap in my opinion to tnc . (maybe gau's plan is to gain wealth and maintain its interest in the project) by its shareholding in tnc?"

24/4 "I was hoping the Cambodian venture would pay off, bit suprised by the sell off of it"

26/4 "GAU is now focusing on South Africa"

    More recently (18/6) on FWL:

"Alan Doyle recently sold GAU gold assets in Cambodia to this company. To be frank, he didn’t think highly of them"
