agreed floater... the plant, it's modification/tweaking and sales should have occupied most of ced's time amongst a bloody court case... think this will be the least of his issues he's been dealing with at the minute. the lead time on the steel mill will always be long.... not to mention, he is likely to be talking about the pellet plant with xinhai first (if not done already).... afterall, the steel mill feasibility was being put on hold until after the pellet plant one was completed....
my take after prior phone calls is that this pellet plant feasibility will be covered off when arranging our next plant and finance.... so hopefully this month now that he has a month off before the court case starts again.... at least now cedric has prepared for the court case and hopefully can work constructively right up until immediately before the case resumes.
also, i'm not exactly sure what the costs would be for feasibility on either....but, i'm sure the plant up and running has been the focus of most of their expenditure.... particularly the further its dragged on.
i don't think no news is bad news.... it could always have been cancelled.
