Advantage of options to themselves? Easy, they always issue them at discount to current share price. Haven't followed them for a while but remember when they issued shares (and associated options) at 1c when the shareprice was 4c. Great, sell some a 4 and 3c and 2c and leave some there, make it look like you really are interested in the success of the company with all those shares you have, and then wait for the next placement.
