agree as posted on the tpm forum,if tpg can pay aud $1.3 b for 20 mhz of 700 then imo it makes sense they could buy hta or vodafones 50% share of vodafone australia taking into account market cap and debt ?.
Hence y acma and the accc should use a stick not a carrot for tpg or vodafone to force a jv .
ps as posted on the tpm forum,the only time i would recommend conroy for the job to force a jv after his blackmail threats to tls during nbn negotiations.
