I'm back! (at least, in Swiss time).

These non-core leases were originally acquired to GDR with its public listing however, with all 3 non-core assets farmed-out...and BHP looking for Nickel at Millrose, they may come to change the profile of GDR, the market appreciation of GDR, and also help to accelerate it into mid-tier status over the next few years.
