Look that could happen absolutely. i'm a holder, i would be very happy if it did.
I just prefer not to take a high point of lithium prices when determining the value of a company mining lithium.
have you asked yourself why the market has got it so wrong on PLS's valuation and you have it so right? if this supply shortage for next year is likely then why aren't all the lithium companies much higher than they are right now.
Even the companies producing lithium right now are not trading on valuations that figure a price of 900.
Even if somehow we do get 900/tonne pricing next year, do you think it will persist into the following year when we have a full year of production? PLS is not going to get a full year of 900/tonne pricing.
Supply always comes in to meet excess profits. Spodumene can be produced for $200-400/tonne all in. why would such a huge margin persist for any length of time.
i'm done on this now. I hope you are right and I am wrong! I will make a lot more money than i'm counting on right now!
