I'll give Anchorage 3 out of 10 for this first draft.
No I dont see the shareholders approving a 5% residual equity ..even with the substantial conversion of existing debt to equity..without a sweetener like some free options .
If shareholders reject- and they might- much egg on Anchorage faces.
