the oppies form half the deal so i think they will be 10c+, otherwise why would they issue so many at such a high price and off market, why not the usual money for the boys ( say 30 million at 3 c strike on market)

you could look at it like this

10,000,000 new shares worth 2.5c if they had to raise the cash to buy

10,000,000 new oppies at 1.5c value at best ( 8c strike)

gives the deal $400,000 worth of value as at yesterday share price

But if the deal is a sucess they will pay chp 8c for the oppies or $800,000

so really chp get 10% of smartventures and they get paid $400,000 for chp to take it.

i realise the sp and oppie price will increase valuing the deal more than the above, just one way of looking at it for chp shareholders as of yesterday

could be the deal of the year if 10% of smartventures is worth something
