My thoughts are that HC has learnt a lesson from FAR as well. Silence before an explosive announcement.
Remember,
1. Silence then 80% of A2 A5
2. Silence then CNOOC AMI
3. Silence then rejection of WPL operatorship
4. Silence then lodgement arbitration docs.
5. Silence then good news announcement on FFS1, at least that's the way I am looking at it..
