I did not read the announcement in full. Does anyone know what:
- SGH was valued at?
- final debt would be after the recap?
When we know the full year result for the 2017 year we will know if we are getting ripped off or not. Or at least have a better grip of where we are at.
Clearly for me if we are getting an unfair deal I will vote no with conviction.
However that is yet to be seen.
SWC is not selling
SGH is a long term investment and it can still come out ok.
Watch out law firm competitors in AUS and UK
SGH will soon roar again.
