Good question given quote "it is noted that the Performance Shares will convert into Ordinary Fully Paid Shares (on a 1:1basis) on the satisfaction of the Performance Milestone being the achievement of aggregated gross revenue of $20,000,000 in the five years commencing from 14 July 2015".

Am I missing something here but no revenue yet although this is very likely to be the case within the next year or so, therefore these shares cannot be released. That said I'm very happy for them to be released to market when said revenue target is met. Red bar, Le Fevre, anybody able to shed some light on this?
