Whilst the AGM is the annual meeting I believe these matters are best dealt with behind the scenes.

These are my issues:

1. I want GR still on the board but not as the chair and I think the remuneration needs to be drastically reduced.
2. I think NC should be Non executive but have a contract to provide the services needed.
3. Get a non executive director to be based in Australia and act as chair.

Stop the rubbish about paying per ASX300 ... They need to make sure the mix is correct.

So if you want change realise that you can do this far more easily by consensus rather than by a 2 strike. As I understand it the 2nd strike requires you to have a valid proxy...

So I think we should all consider giving a few on this forum our votes ( via open Proxy) and try to get this negotiated before the AGM. In fact I would not mind suggesting Parsifal as a non executive director... With her accepting such nomination ...
