Directors selling shares has to be based in the same conditions as directors buying them.

They cannot do so based on any known information not already released to the market.

So these guys have seen the results (which we haven't), understand them far more intimately than you or I would ever be able to and announced a conclusion that the drug has absolutely no benefit to users.

Then they immediately sell every share they possibly can, on-market, during a 90%+ dump, effectively salvaging what they could.

They even state that if the drug was to fail, as it did, that the company would more than likely face insolvency.

Sorry....where was that positive spin again?

In my opinion, the use of the massive gap up during the opening auction yesterday was the sign. Institutions using a well proven method to recoup some funds....called a DCB.

Well done to guys like @potgut who didn't get greedy and traded out quickly. I don't have the risk appetite for those types of roller coasters any more.
