Nah I don't think so personally. I think most have their eyes on financial and fundamental performance over the next few months to a year as the priority. What someone should or should not be paid is an opinion, there's no right or wrong answer. To me paying someone less doesn't guarantee improved results, to me what is most important of directors is their financial commitment to a company. Plenty to be gained by current directors if the share price goes up significantly, much more financially rewarding than what their pay packets are.

If the company does not perform then of course investors look for blame, and remuneration and performance of directors will become front and centre I have no doubt, but that call is way to premature. The company needs to, and I believe will, keep growing into a highly profitable organisation. And that's why I'm invested.
