Well earlier on I thought that it was not a good idea at that stage to join a class action since it could reduce the company's total value and therefore the SP.
Now I think why not? So can you join multiple CA's and get multiple compensations if and when they succeed? I first bought in in 2015.
Also since I thought that AG was working his backside off to improve the outlook of the company, that he should stay in his position.
Now that it is clear that at the very least he wasn't willing or able to obtain a fair deal for the shareholders or retain their right to future payouts e.g. from WTG I say f@*# him and send him all the very worst. I will now also be interested in what part he played in the Quindell purchasing debacle. Is hubris a defence?
