I can't believe he openly admits to putting people in 20 properties in 2 years, or even 8 in this current climate. He's tasked with a mammoth responsibility and has no hesitation at what could be the top of the market, in the face of rising interest rates?
The leverage that some of these people must be utilizing... It's just amazing.
