no directors were presents through video link. how they explained the fall in sp since the pfizer ann was due to the sandell notes. and how there were about 30m ordinary shares just floating on the market pretty much the day it was ann. so they were ready to dump it netime. they also said the in dec the comp was in strife, heavy debt not much cash, but since change in management and ashton took over hes turning that around seein as they are 0 debt and cashed up. He seemed to really backing up paul during the talk when shareholders were giving it to em. Brian seems to really know what hes talkin about though, in my view more than Paul. i think he should be running the company.
