I believe this is the WA contract. Impact on price will probably depend on the nature of the agreement. There could be a number of options:

- MWR are preferred supplier at an agreed price (probably somewhat lower than they currently charge), but they still need to go around to the various schools to sign-up and implement

- MWR are the supplier and they will supply all school in the area (this will be at a much lower price, but will have significant volume)

- Somewhere in between the above.

The trading halt mentioned "being awarded preferred tendered for an Australian Government Contract" (sic).

I just hope that it really is significant and not just "preferred supplier" with no added incentive for schools to take it up, as this really isn't that different to the current situation.

I think announcements will become less as MWR gets bigger, unless it really is a major announcement (eg a huge number of schools in a US region coming on in one hit).

I would expect an announcement about trials in India within the next couple of months - this will be key to show that it works in India.

I think school numbers update for June quarter will be important to see if momentum is continuing. QLD numbers will also be interesting over the next couple of quarters to see if this receives a kick up given it is now 100% owned by MWR.

They now have 7 schools (to last announcement) in the USA in the first real quarter in the US (it will be interesting to see how many they finish with in the quarter). Compare back to when MWR launched in Australia... total schools in early days were: 2 in Jun 03 qtr, 10 in Sep 03 qtr, 39 in Dec 03 qtr, 48 in Mar 04 qtr, 71 in Jun 04 qtr.

I think we are in for exciting times.
