The real bottom could be months away- remembering this has been falling since Jan 2015 and has not stopped ....
The bottom usually is identified by a climactic high volume selloff and then it stops -goes dead doesn't move for a long while... months at least.

The way most technical traders decide to buy is that they wait for the price to then rise-
I really don't think it will happen- in the near term here - best to watch and wait.

I think there is too much to overcome - Any money that the company gets will go to the hedge fund-
Any damages we have to payout to class actions I think will get added to the debt-
So realistically the Australian company will limp along for years a slave to the hedge fund-

I would not invest unless you begin to really learn the structure of who owns what- and who owes what-
There is a lot to understand....

A lot of people think that everything bounces back- it does not always happen.

Sometimes there is value in investing in companies that have a strong underlying business, however may be experiencing weakness for some reason- It is not always clear cut.
    Guessing is not wise.

This is no game for you as a new investor- spend time learning first - understanding the whole market -
There are 2000 companies on the asx- find out which ones have the best earnings and best potential to grow, and the best management.
Park your money in something that is going up not down
