You have answered your own question as above. It's not the hedge funds job to worry about current SGH shareholders, it's only their job to make maximum profit for their own shareholders. IMO the required 75% vote approval is already in the bag. It will be like AG's bonus approved last AGM in spite of many no voters like me.
