I agree Armo and I recommended earlier that all new holders ring CHP to try and investigate more .
At 3 cents book value CHP is not overpriced, but before paying higher I reckon it wise to prudently seek more information, unless you are just treating it as a gamble .

The annual report last year states the co had an "annus horriblis" last year . A profit upgrade turned to a profit downgrade .
