For me to buy crypto I do the following;
1. Make a BTCMarkets account and verify yourself.
2. Bank transfer (2k limit per transaction) via polipay (on btcmarkets) and then they generate the amount onto your account - allowing you to purchase live btc/ltc/eth on auctions.
3. By creating accounts on exchanges eg, poloniex, bittrex, they allow for you to transfer currencies from the btcmarkets wallet, into the wallets of the exchanges I just mentioned.
4. When you have transfered from your btcmarkets wallet to your exchange's eth/btc wallet address, you will then be able to purchase the available alt coins that site has to offer.
