What are you talking about? Did you even read the update from SGH? They state a couple of times that the dilution will be reduced "...to approximately 4%...". This doesn't take into account the Convertible Notes that will possibly be converted into shares, further diluting current shareholders. But you are falling into their trap and thinking: "Oh, 5% might be acceptable", but in reality it will be less than 4%, plus the GBP250m Convertible Notes, plus the loans still staying.
Well that "valuation" of $8 was on a very very different business. And look how that worked out. Remember that there is GBP250m in Convertible Notes that basically ensures and benefit from the WTG action and sale of any UK subsidiaries goes straight to the new owners, not the current shareholders. But, you have not even addressed this and it is very significant.
Almost no debt? Convertible Notes aside, it is a manageable level of (interest paying) debt now, but it is hardly "almost no debt". The update mentioned:
Senior secured debt - A$35m (comprising A$30 amended (existing) facility and A$5 new facility)
Working capital facility - A$40m (existing)
The share price is down 12% in two days. Today's share price of $0.081 values the company at just over $700m. Is this a fair valuation for a company that is cashflow negative and has many questions about the future given there are Convertible Notes that effectively ring-fence any upside from the UK?

Look at your post HERE just a week ago when the share price was 9.4c. Not only were your comments wrong, they were hopelessly clueless:
Oh dear. Whoops, seems like you were wrong yet again. I probably don't need to remind you that you were also wrong about shorters being "hunted" and making the share price "rocket". In fact, when have you ever been right? I certainly have no problem in giving credit where credit is due but when someone is misleading or even lying to the forum I have a problem with that. So link please or your credibility is heading south. (Now where have I read that before?)

I like deal with the facts direct from SGH themselves, and their update is set out reasonably well in only 9 pages. Being able to comprehend 9 pages is not too hard is it?
This is the equivalent of a 3yo sticking their fingers in their ears and screaming "no listening". Companies change, businesses change, circumstances change. Your investments are important, so always review to understand where your portfolio (or single stock) is at. Buy, Sell or Hold - it is up to you, but don't just ignore.

I am not your friend. I am just someone waiting for it to stop raining so I can go back outside to the beach for a swim.
