Not withstanding the fact this company has not met various expectations during the last 8 years or that individuals could and have got themselves into profitable positions or exited with a profit during that time, I think it is worth noting that shareholders en mass have only been asked to contribute to the survival of their investment once in that timeframe. That's quite remarkable, most companies in this predicament just go from one capital raising to the next so from that prospective shareholders imo have nothing to complain about or claim that the company exist only because of their generosity. From memory the last SPP was 6 years ago. Option holders have come to the party in recent times to progress the company to where it currently stands to the benefit of all shareholders, and I have no doubt it will continue through to the closing of the ELF facility. Just a little further patience is required for all shareholders, long and short to finally realise their investment. IMO and backed up by the last shareholder update.
