My understanding is that once Cemex gets 90% they'll compulsorily acquire at US$15.85 and the offer of A$19.50 for the first 2000 no longer holds.
If there's a rush of acceptances in the next couple of days that pushes Cemex above 90% the arbitrage opportunity doesn't look as good.
Is this likely to happen?
