The board makes these decisions and the board is still 3 to 1 ADO to DiaSource
The board can sack the CEO as well if they don't think he's doing a good job
The board are the ones that have to approve the finance deal
ADO are still by-enlarge calling the shots through it's board
The CEO may not be spruiking the company as the previous CEO did but the board have to pull us out if this situation - and let's not forget it's a situation in which they got us into,
