I agree . Primitive that they don't have Bpay or tranfer facilities .

It is the largest cheque I have ever written so I am concerned but they probably have two addresses - the one on the reply paid envelope, and the one that is given as the "correspondence" address .
Hopefully one or the other doesn't get lost amongst general correspondence, only to be opened in a few weeks time . I wish I could write "lol", but I will be ringing Link first thing Monday to confirm and settle me . May we both be correct .
