Who cares what your 'strategy' is. If your selling at the time of your post, your sentiment is sell... simple.
That's your OPINION, it is not a FACT. If your strategy is to sell stock for the purpose of lowering your buy in price in a company that you believe long-term in, then no it is not a SELL sentiment. And that's my opinion.
