    g64, yes I agree with you that APG is not the best on sticking to time frames but I believe this time will be different.I have not spoken to the company this week so do not know if we are still running on schedule with a June market release.BHP transaction/deal was announced to the market 6weeks ago and then a Shareholder update was released 3.5 weeks later to carm the nerves that it is binding and running on time....snippet from the announcement: "The preparation of these Contracts is ON SCHEDULE and, as announced in May 2007, will be finalised THIS MONTH. 25,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares will be issued to BHP Billiton at 20 cents to raise $5 million and construction work on the Demonstration Plant will commence in June 2007....I think it is pretty clear it will be announced this coming week and construction work will then start once the money has changed hands (thats how i read it).....I could be wrong g64 and APG couldnt be running late but from all previous announcements all is on schedule.
