I think the uber comparison is a bit of a stretch, in the sense that IAM have a fixed pool (albeit one that they add to and remove from) of offshore staff that are managed - its not some kind of 'sharing' connection tool where people can drop in, process an SOA then head off to their day job.

There is lots to like about the IAM idea, and lots of things they will need to execute and deliver - to grow into its MC.

Yeah not like Uber on workers end, but is like uber on the client end in the sence that a portal (similar to an app) processes your order at a cheaper price. IAM is not uber, but is certainly disruptive.
